The rules that keep everyone protected.

Every YouTube channel you create, register, or operate under the DistroScale program. Including the Google account it lives on, the brand identity, subscribers, watch time, monetization, memberships, and any revenue generated. Is the property of DistroScale. You are managing these channels on our behalf.

You will not sell, transfer, gift, rename, delete, or migrate any channel or its Google account without written approval from DistroScale admin. On exit from the program, all channels remain with DistroScale.

For every registered channel you must submit full login details through the Account Connections page in your dashboard: Google account email, password, recovery information, and 2FA / backup codes.

Passwords are stored securely. Only DistroScale admins can view them. You will never see your submitted password echoed back to you. You can only overwrite it. If you rotate a password, update it in Account Connections the same day.

Channels without valid credentials on file are considered inactive for payout and acquisition-bonus purposes.

Base salary: ₦250,000 / month, unlocked when the channels you manage hit 2,000,000 combined views for the month.

Above the floor, an additional ₦30,000 for every 1,000,000 extra combined views. Uncapped.

If you miss the monthly floor, base and bonus for that month are withheld.

Editors are paid separately based on their own personal views. Nothing in your payout is reduced by editor payouts.

When one of the channels you manage reaches 1,000 – 10,000 subscribers, DistroScale takes over management of the audience to grow it further. On approved acquisition, you receive a one-time bonus between ₦300,000 and ₦400,000, decided during review based on the channel's health and growth trajectory.

You can request review from the Account Connections page. Review outcome, bonus amount, and payout timing are at DistroScale's discretion, based on real subscriber and watch-time data.

Credentials, editor identities, distributor team compositions, and revenue figures are confidential. Do not share them outside the DistroScale dashboard.

Either party may end the arrangement with written notice. All channels, Google accounts, and content remain with DistroScale. Payouts earned up to the end date are settled in the next payout cycle.
